Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ManGood("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Upon download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ManGood on any iOS devices that you personally own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Free and Premium Features

ManGood offers both free and premium features. Free features include barcode scanning, ingredient breakdowns, and basic safety scores. Premium features require an active subscription and include personalized scoring, health profiles, alternative suggestions, and recall alerts.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Refunds for premium subscriptions are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases
Redistribute or resell access to the App

4. Ingredient Information Disclaimer

ManGood provides ingredient safety information for educational purposes. Our scores and recommendations are based on publicly available scientific data and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our ingredient data or safety scores are complete, current, or error-free. Product formulations may change without notice from manufacturers.

5. Intellectual Property

ManGood and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of their respective owners. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
